Entomology biographies Re: A.R. Grote, W.D. Kearfott and A.S. Packard

The reference we relied on was a book by A. Mallis (1971) American
Entomologists, published by Rutgers University Press.
It has brief to mid-length biographies of many American entomologists as
well as some others who contributed substantially to American entomology.
