Hessel's Hairstreak evolution

Could someone please explain the speciation and evolutionary relationships 
between Hessel's Hairstreak and its sibling species Olive Hairstreak- 
allopatric?, peripatric? or what best term(s) explain their morphology, 
habitats, diet?
