FW: DERBYNEWS FW: DEC License Fee Increase

I just wanted to pass the memo below and attachments including "sample
letter", in which it is to be requested that "state shortfalls" be made up
by fishermen's "fees and violation fines".

This was forwarded to me by a friend here in the office who is also an avid
fisherman. Needless to say, he (and his buddies) are quite upset and angry,
not to mention fed up with all this. It seems that they are supposed to
further "enslave themselves" by "paying more and more to the piper". 

Of course, I have been keeping my fisherman friend up to date with the
plight of Lepidopterists (as well as other "collectors").  

John, is my fisherman buddy also "paranoid"?
