Butterfly regs

The proposed USDA regs on butterfly shipping and releasing made the
front page of today's Wall Street Journal. "the world of lepidoptery is
aflutter" the article said. Over 1000 comments have been received. 

Whether raising, shipping and releasing butterflies is cruel, Orley
Taylor is quoted as saying "Doggone it, they're insects."

He estimates 400 million Monarchs migrate and millions more are left
behind.
