I don't know of any general sources on the butterflies of Cote d'Ivoire,
but there is an excellent monograph on the butterflies (including
skippers) of one of Cote d'Ivoire's western neighbors, Liberia:
Fox, R. M., A. W. Lindsey, H. K. Clench & L. D. Miller. 1965. The
butterflies of Liberia. Mem. Amer. Ent. Soc. 19:[4] + ii + 438pp, 233
figs., 2 tables, 3 maps.
This work should include most of the species that occur in Cote d'Ivoire.
Best,
Andy Warren
