Ivory Coast butterflies?

Dear Andy,
Thank you very much for the help.
A small collection of (unmounted and undetermined!) butterflies from Cote
d'Ivoire exists in the National Museum of Natural History in Sofia. This
collection is also of some historical importance (associated with HM
Ferdinand I, the former King of Bulgaria). My wish is to publish at least
part of this material (especially Pieridae). For this reason I must check
what is published and what is not.
Information concerning butterflies of Cote d'Ivoire appears to be very
limited. Despite my extensive searches there is practically nothing in Seitz
(African butterflies), Talbot (Lepidopterorum Catalogus: Pieridae), etc.
Only some species of Danaids are published to occur there (Ackery &
Vane-Wright: Milkweed Butterflies). My friend Torben Larsen is going to
publish a monograph on the butterflies of this part Africa, but it is still
not ready.
Thank you. Best.
Yours, Stanislav
PS Paul, told me that you might be interested in Hesperiidae from Bulgaria
for DNA analysis. I will collect in the summer. Two specimens of each genus
in separate vials. I think I will use 98% Ethanol. It is OK?
