Let's be practical about this. Rather than allocating blame for the problem,
let's deal with it!. Let's ensure that, if there is a problem with trampling, 
that the area is fenced off. Now, I don't know how you folks do things but 
over here these things need to be budgeted for and can take a while for 
government people to sort out on times. If there were to be a problem with 
money let's offer to pay for the fence. If there isn't enough money in the 
account then you launch an appeal across the net. It is as simple as that!


Alternatively NABA may want to pay for it. Let's concentrate on promoting the 
conservation of the butterfly and acting on that direct aim _rather_ than 
arguing and fighting over who is going to save it. When the Titanic was 
sinking I am sure that people didn't argue over who was in charge of 
arranging the deck chairs. Please let's have some positive action. All this 
enthusing and chatting on the net is all very well but we need some _action_.
The _first_ aim  _has_ to be to find out what is broken with this butterfly's 
ecology, _then_ you see what is needed to fix it.
