TTR update

The Taxonomic Report Volume 4 issue 1 has been published and is in the mail
to subscribers.  Issue one is by P.A. Opler and deals with the type and
type locality of Lycaena acmon, its synonyms, and excluded taxa.  The paper
is foundational to future research on the sibling species in this group.
Issues 2 and 3 will follow shortly.
