Forgive this cross-posting. MBBRP's Dr. Jaret Daniels is featured on the 
radio, in a nice report on the Miami Blue.
I gather from Alana's comment in the segment that they saw at least 
three butterflies ... I hope we get a fuller report.

Hello from Lana Edwards;

Last week Jaret Daniels, Akers Pence and Alana Edwards traveled to Bahia 
Honda to meet with a reporter from NPR to talk about the Miami Blue.  I 
meant to post the date it would be aired on LEPSrUS but did not find out 
about it until Alana got a couple of emails telling her they heard her 
on NPR.  It was broadcast this morning.

I missed it! But I just heard it on the website! And it was very nice. 
  If you would like to hear it just go to their website.  www.npr.org 
then click on Morning Edition on the left side of  the screen.  (You 
need RealPlayer in order to listen to it.  You probably already have it 
but if you don't it is a free program that you can download from the 
internet.) You can play the entire show - or if you just want to hear 
the segment on the Miami Blue - on the Real Player you will see 1 
through 17 -click on segment No. 11.)
