I received some email photos of a very spinose caterpillar from Bosque la
Primavera reserve in Jalisco, Mexico. The little guy is about 2 inches long
and has a green body but it has long, white, plumose spines in transverse
bands from one end to the other, giving it a white appearance from a
distance.
Does anyone have an idea what this might be? I can send one of the photos
if you wish to look at it.
