Artificial diet info request

Dear all,
         I wonder if you could help me.  I am trying to obtain a recipe
for the 
artificial diets of Painted Lady larvae (Vanessa cardui) and also the 
Silkworm (Bombyx mori).  Although both these diets are commercially 
available, I need to be able to identify the ingredients so that we can 
study the effects of varying certain components.  So far I have been 
unable to find any reference to the recipes.
