Painted Lady Migration

Members in another list, SoWestLep for the southwest US,  had in the 
past reported Painted Lady migrations. For anyone who might be 
interested here is a report, dated June 29 outside the southwest area,  
from someone who lives north of Calgary, Canada:
"Painted Lady butterflies are migrating through here in droves as they 
head north.  I have never seen so many.  It is beautiful. "
I don't subscribe to lists that cover areas outside my area and so this 
may have already been mentioned in other local area groups. I don't know.
