Is there an entomologist from Hong Kong in the list ?

In the checklist of butterflies of LAMAS (2004),
there is a citation of Fabricius, 1938.

Is this a mistake for 1838 ? or is there another autor Fabricius ?

If it's a mistake, it is spreading in some web pages as :
