A question for someone with more electrical knowledge than me...
The US uses 120 volt electrical power. In South America they seem to have
both 110 volt and 220 volt. I have two questions:
First, I assume that the 220 volt will fry the ballast. Can I use my 175w
BioQuip light with the 110 volt power?
Second, Does anyone know of a good electrical converter that will allow me
to run my setup on the 220 volt power? What happens if I use that converter
on a 110 volt outlet, assuming I do not know or cannot find out what the
specific outlet voltage is?
Thank you all VERY MUCH!!!
