Lrg navy larva w/ thin white bands, spatulate tentacles - Austin, TX - on Cissus - Noctuidae ??

This large distinctive larva was found last year in Central Texas. Anyone
know what it might
be?

I don't think its wide spread in the U.S., thought Cisssus trifoliata is.
