Subject: Looking for Stakh

Dear colleagues,

I am translating one poem by Rajzel Zychlinski which goes like:

A tseylem, a naketer in mitn feld,
hot a shikse dos ponim
mit di hent farshtelt,
dem shtern aropgeboygn.
Un ire tsep tsvey,
di blonde, oyfgeflokhtene,
shtarbn vi toybn tsvey,
geshokhtene
durkh Stakhs tsvey royte hent.

I have a trouble with the last verse - how should I understand "Stakh"? I
know a popular song about Stakh and "zhiduvke", which might be a cultural
reference here, but it doesn't
make much sense to me.

Of course, I can just leave the name in the translation, but I want to be
sure I am not missing anything.

Could anyone help? Thanks...
