[NHCOLL-L:56] legality of PDB

It has recently come to my attention that paradichlorobenzene is no longer
legal for use in public institutions in some states.  It is still apparently
allowed for home use in those states, just not places like museum collections
storage areas.

I would like to find out which states have such laws and which do not.  I am
particularly interested in Pennsylvania regulations, but I would like to survey
other states.
