Forwarded..... I will add the links I have from this thread to the
SPNHC page. The SPNHC Publications Committee invites input to the
practice of linking to product vendors (without endorsement of course!)
Should we or shouldn't we, and how many? Manufacturers only or retailers
too? Who decides?
PLEASE::: reply off-list to greggs at ucalgary.ca

Dear Sir,
As a supplier of ground glass museum jars made from borosilicate and soda
lime glass Stoelzle-Oberglas in Vienna/Austria is interested to be listed
on the SPNHC homepage as supplier. Currently we are delivering our jars
mainly within Austria and to UK (e.g. The Natural History Museum in
London), but we are of course very interested to serve museum collections
worldwide. The search for suppliers of high quality museum jars for long
term storage of specimen in liquids is a permanent problem to museum
curators throughout the world. We are convinced that the use of plastic
jars will not solve this problem.
Recently we have finished a special museum jar brochure as well as the
website www.museumjars.com. Please let us know if you need more information
about the jars or our company.
We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards from Vienna
