I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who have already
cast your votes in the 2002 SPNHC election.

For those who have not, there is still time!  15 March is the deadline -
either for getting your ballot postmarked or transmitted via FAX.

To paraphrase a popular American saying, our Ballot Counters are standing
by, ready to receive your ballots.
