The SPNHC Newsletter announcing the deadline for discounted registration for 
the 2002 meeting will be arriving on your doorsteps sometime in the next 
week .  In order to give everyone fair notice, we are announcing here that 
"Early Registration" for SPNHC 2002 in MONTREAL is extended to April 10
