Simon Moore is presenting his annual fluid preservation practical course, particularly for conservation of biological specimens or related material in fluids, at Cambridge University (Madingley Road Conservation Laboratory) from 27th to 30th April 2009.
Cost is still 250UKP for the 4 days.
If you have any specific problems either bring them along or ask if this problem could be incorporated into the course (notify Simon first). One of the more pressing issues to be discussed will be the replacement of formalin as a primary fixative and which will be discussed at Leiden in July.

There are still 4 spaces left.

Please notify Simon Moore: couteaufin at aol.com

Or by telephone: 0447900 36 8757. Closing date for application 6th of April but please don't leave it until the last moment!

If you can't make this course then Jim Black of Archetype (International Academic Projects) is organising another in central London, the week after the Leiden Conference - it will run from Tuesday 14th to Friday 17th of July 2009 at the Natural History Museum (cost is £375.00). http://www.academicprojects.co.uk/

With all good wishes,
Simon Moore, MIScT, FLS, ACR,
