[NHCOLL-L:4734] Package to Brazil

Hi all

I very crazily decided to send a package of fish tissues to Brazil (against all better judgment). The package has been held up in customs for the last two weeks and now I am being asked for an agricultural document by Agriculture Brazil (through FedEx) outlining what the material is, where it originated from and what it is being used for. I sent a 3-177 and invoice along with the material but this apparently is not good enough.

Has anyone dealt with this before?? If so, who would I obtain such a document from??

Thanks

Andy
