Hello everybody!

I am pleased to announce that the newsletter of the Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections is now called SPNHC Connection!! Thanks to Kelly Sendall who came up with the new name during our recent contest.

If you have interesting articles, announcements, job offers, or any other information and you want them to appear in the next issue of SPNHC Connection, please send it to me, the editor, at beas-moix at ccber.ucsb.edu<mailto:beas-moix at ccber.ucsb.edu> by August 1st.

Those who attended the SPNHC Annual Meeting in Wales last week, please use the newsletter to share with all the SPNHC community what you heard, learned and found interesting at the meeting!
