We have been using these for some time and they are great.  We order 3 different sizes for Parfait and bale tops.  I have a PDF of sizes and prices that I can send when I get back into town on Friday.

For over 25 years, I have ordered gaskets (for Le Parfait captive lid jars) from Manufactured Rubber Products Co. in Philadelphia.  These are white, 55 Duro Buna-N Rubber, Style No. M5550W.  There are several museums that use this product.  It is a nitrile rubber, holds up to ethanol (does not "melt") and does not dry out and crack as does the "orange gasket" (natural rubber) that comes with the Le Parfait jars.

Long ago, the USNM had the die cut for the Le Parfait jar (2 sizes) gaskets. There may be a die already cut for the bail top jars. The gaskets cost about 50 cents each.  These gaskets last for a long time or I throw used gaskets away, maybe every ten years or so if it looks compressed or yellowed.
