[Nhcoll-l] Beetle naming competition

My friend and colleague Caroline Chaboo (a fellow Jayhawk, at KU) is 
holding a public competition to name a new beetle species from Peru - 
the competition is open now, and open to everyone, for a chance at 
taxonomic immortality (as it were). *This is a non-profit event, to 
raise public awareness*. This is NOT a name auction, for those among you 
who have concerns about the latter practice. She asks for people to pass 
the link along as widely as possible, to encourage broad participation 
by members of the public:
