... just to add to Ellen advice (and repeat for those that might not be 
aware):

Currently, the correct custom tariff code (CN-code) for collection 
material is *9705 00 00*

It is strongly advised to use and enter this code in all electronic 
declarations, air waybills, shippings docs, commercial invoices etc.
