The potential impacts of Tropical Storm Ernesto are expected to result in heavy winds, rainfall, and mudslides starting later today and continue into Wednesday. Please notify your members and constituents in these areas to:



  *   Prepare for the possibility of flooding and/or tropical storm-force winds.
  *   Monitor the storm via the National Hurricane Center<https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/#Hilary> and VITEMA<https://vitema.vi.gov/> & Manejo de Emergencias - Negociado para el Manejo de Emergencias y Administración de Desastres (pr.gov)<https://manejodeemergencias.pr.gov/>.
