[Nhcoll-l] Pre-printed specimen tags

I'm sure this has been discussed here before, but can anyone recommend a vendor for pre-printed specimen labels (e.g., pre-printed with a tissue number) that includes string for attaching to the specime. Labels should be able to withstand formalin and alcohol.
I've been printing, hole punching, and stringing my own labels (printed on our datamax), but I'm ready to pay money for someone else to do it.
