Conference <https://idigb.io/h> is quickly approaching!
This *FREE virtual event* will take place *June 2-4, 2026* using the Zoom
Events platform.

*Registration is required to submit an abstract.*
Abstract submission links will be included in the ticket confirmation email.
*Important Dates*
April 1st: Abstract submissions & registration opens
May 1st: Abstract submission deadline
May 15th: Final agenda published
June 2-4: Conference
*Abstract Submissions*
*Registration is required to submit an abstract. Abstract submission links
will be included in the ticket confirmation email. Deadline: May 1st*
*Oral presentation:* Presenters will have the option to present live or
submit a prerecorded presentation. Presentations can be up to 12 minutes, 5
additional minutes will be given after the presentation for Q&A. All
presentations will be recorded and shared publicly, unless otherwise stated.
*Extended sessions: *This includes: workshop, discussion sessions,
symposia, etc. Can be between 30 and 75 minutes. The structure should be
determined by the organizers and panelists. These sessions may begin with a
presentation or introduction followed by discussion or may be completely
devoted to open discussion. No prerecording is required.
*Poster presentation:* Presenters are required to submit a recorded
presentation (5 minutes) with their poster. Prerecorded presentations and
posters will be posted on the conference event page.
*Exhibitor:* This year using Zoom Events we will be offering a virtual Expo
where participants can virtually engage with booths. If you are interested
in promoting a tool, institution, lab, company, or product, this is a great
option!
*Posters and Exhibitors will both be featured within the virtual Expo
space. There will be times during the conference where participants will
have the opportunity to engage with exhibitors attending live or submit
questions for asynchronous engagement.*
