Congratulations!  Thanks for all of your advice and support over the years.  I remember one SISPA meeting when we were the only two who showed up (we quickly adjourned to the pub).  Best wishes in your retirement.  I hope you take advantage of the ACA's new "retired" membership category -- and lead the west to many more defeats in the annual ball game!  :)

Dear Heather and All,
   After reading your message, I thought it was a good time to wish all 
members of the Special Interest Group a Merry Christmas and a very Happy 
and Special New Year.  On Dec. 24th at 5:00 p.m. I lock the doors in 
Special Collections and retire after over 35 years as Manuscripts 
Archivist for the UBC Library.  It has been a pleasure working with many 
of you on interesting projects and topics.
