Hello Rod & Catherine,

 

I'm contacting you with my apologies regarding the following information, while we've encountered an issue with the room assigned to your SISes for your meetings on June 11th.  

 

We managed to double book the Garrison room, which certainly won't be suitable for your sis discussions; the hotel has assisted us in locating an alternate location, which is the Cater Out room on the hotel's lower level.  

 

I hope you will be able to share this with your SIS members, and again apologize for the inconvenience.
