[SAC-FAST] Chronological FAST heading with "Since"

I was surprised to see this conversion in record 468:

  14 651  0 $a Norway $x History $y 1905- $v Fiction.

to

<>  14 648  7 $a Since 1905 $2 fast
  15 651  7 $a Norway $2 fast 
  16 655  7 $a History $2 fast
  17 655  7 $a Fiction $2 fast

I had heard that FAST chronological terms would be only dates.
