[SAC-FAST] FAST authority file references

While working on another project, I happened upon the FAST authority
records for the Giralda in Seville and that tower subdivided by
History. It surprised me that the related LCSH term for both of them
was the tower itself. I recognize that you'd want FAST/LCSH and vice
versa references when appropriate, but I'm surprised that the LCSH
heading is considered equivalent to the FAST heading with subdivision.

While looking for a chronological FAST record, I happened upon the name
record for "3i (Firm)" wherein the LC 710 on the FAST record is not the
110 of the LC/NAF record.

What sent me on the quest into the FAST authority file was wondering
what a record for a chronological term looked like. They're apparently
(and understandably) not there yet.

References of FAST records are a bit outside the immediate task of the
SAC task force but I figured I'd pass on these observations anyway.
