[SAC-FAST] "Heading"

A suggestion for the Fast manual, follow the practice suggested in the 
draft of RDA (chapters 6-7) and replace "heading" with "Access Point".

Access points and citations
This Draft revises the terminology used in AACR2, and introduces some 
new terminology. To
move away from card catalogue terminology the term "heading" has been 
replaced with the term
"access point”.
