[SAC-FAST] assign FAST headings to complex concepts

Hello FAST List,

I am attaching the electronic file of the list of complex concepts that we 
agreed to work on.  Each of us is going to assign FAST headings to at 
least 20 of the concepts.

A separate file with the instructions is also attached.
