[SAC-FAST] more on FAST sample

Mostly the sample FAST set shows FAST performing to spec. A few more
oddities to add to the ones Sherman's noted:

01002ccm LCSH "650 Operas $v Vocal scores with piano" becomes
FAST "650 Operas $x Vocal scores with piano" Why the $v-to-$x change?
Any chance of "655 Operas" and "655 Vocal scores with piano" instead?
(It is on an opera recording.)

00763njm LCSH "Popular music $z New Zealand $y 1961-1970"
(another recording) yields (among others) "648 1961-1970"--if one
were manually entering FAST headings, would the year of issue be used
instead of the span? The 260 $c has "[ca. 1970]"--if yes to the
above, is that just "648 1970"? Or would FAST done originally not add
a 648 date in this case?

00736nam FAST misses LCSH headings "655 Historical fiction"
and "655 Love stories"--presumably because LC hasn't issued the 155
authorities yet?
