Oh yes, one final 'caveat' I can also think of is that I think the 
RTF exporter (if one exports to open the data in Word) specifically 
might want the media files in the same folder as the generated RTF 
file, regardless of that setting .. can't remember if we ever 
fixed/improved that. Usually that's not really serious.
