Colleagues, 

In an effort to facilitate planning for this semester's activities, we 
are 
writing to suggest possible meeting times. We propose meeting every 
other 
week on either Wednesdays from 4-6 pm or Fridays from 1-3 pm. If you 
have a 
preference for one of these times, please be in touch; we will do our 
best 
to accommodate as many calendars as possible. E-mail your preferences 
to richard.deming at yale.edu (don't simply send to the list).

And speaking of calendars, 
mark yours for our first visitor of the term, Zukofsky scholar Abigail 
Lang, who will meet with the group on September 22, time and place to 
be 
announced.
