[WTI-trainee] Event Reminder -- East Rock Hike/Bike on Monday!

Hi everyone,

[Our apologies if you are seeing this email twice, we had some issues with the delivery the first time and wanted to make sure everyone received it]

We are looking forward to seeing you all on Monday for our East Rock Park Hike & Bike event in celebration of our friend Sheri! Seems like the weather will be wonderful and we’ve got a great group of people coming. Our plan is to meet at the College Woods Pavilion<https://maps.app.goo.gl/Wsed2MSGCxewkEna8> where we can disperse to hike or bike or run (whatever you prefer) to the top of East Rock and back down.

There will be refreshments (dishes and snacks from the Korean food truck!) and activities (crafts and games!) back at the pavilion at 4:30pm. You are welcome to join later if the adventure through the park does not suit you!

I will be contacting everyone who indicated they needed transportation to connect you with someone who can drive you. The Yale Shuttle Orange and Blue lines are also options; the Orange line stops at Orange St. & Canner St., and the Blue Line stops at Whitney & Canner.
