Dear All,
Bruker, the conglomerate scientific instruments company, is going to showcase their updated MuVi SPIM light-sheet microscope<https://www.bruker.com/en/products-and-solutions/fluorescence-microscopy/light-sheet-microscopes/muvi-spim-family.html> during the week of April 7 in the WTI's NeuroLux core (SHM B-156/170E).
Among all the light-sheet microscopes in the market, this instrument stands out (at least on paper) for its versatility in the types of samples it can handle: from live to fixed/cleared/expansion samples and from smallish (small embryos, organoids) and largeish (large organoids, organs like mouse brains). Because of such variety of samples that people may bring to the demo and to make efficient use of the demo time, it is essential to communicate beforehand with Bruker about the sample(s) you would like to image during the demo. For this purpose, please fill out the attached worksheet Bruker prepared and return it either to Chris English Christopher.English at bruker.com<mailto:Christopher.English at bruker.com> of Bruker or me by March 31. We'll share the sign-up details shortly.
For those who may have had mixed experiences with the MuVi (~8-year predecessor to the demo model) currently installed in the CCMI/Mateus's core, your participation in this demo would be especially appreciated for the obvious reasons. Thank you!
Best,
lin
