[yul-naco] How many SARs?

Question on interpreting LCRI 1.6  One or several series headings.
If the series is unnumbered, and a work is published in English in the 
series with the series statement in English, and the work also appears in 
translation in that series, but the series statement on the translation is 
in English, even though the work itself is in translation, then am I 
correct that one SAR is made, and not separate SARs for the different 
language editions?
