[yul-naco] Update pages for NACO Series training manuals

Dear NACO series catalogers,

I will be sending each of you, via campus mail, an update package for your 
NACO Series training manual. Each package contains 16 updated pages. You 
are responsible for incorporating these pages into your training manual to 
keep it up-to-date.

Those of you who are scheduled for NACO Series Training at the end of the 
month: I will put the new pages into the training manuals that you will be 
receiving.
