[yul-naco] Update pages for NACO Series training manuals

Manon,

My old Judy Kuhagen documentation seems to have disappeared. (How a large 
notebook like that could disappear I don't know). I thought I had received 
the new version some time ago, but don't find it at my workstation. Would 
you have any extra copies?
