[yul-naco] Update pages for NACO Series training manuals

Dear NACO series catalogers,

Larry Heiman noticed that one of the update pages for the NACO Series 
manual (p. 112) still has the old date of "September 2004" in the footer 
(it should say "August 2005"). You can annotate the footer on the 
replacement page by hand.

I'll let LC know they forgot to update the footer.
