[yul-naco] This week's RLIN21 improvements

Two improvements that RLG instituted this week for RLIN21 NACO users:
1. The indexing of saved and pending NACO records is run every 2 hours now.
This means that although newly input NACO records are immediately available
only via a record ID search, you should have to wait no longer than 2 hours
to be able retrieve the record using a Pending Heading search or a Command
Line "st s" search.
2. No more terminal periods in "st s" searches.
Last week, whenever you did a "st s" search the list of headings displayed
with final periods. These periods were not in the 1XX headings themselves.
Now, the only final periods that display are ones that are actually in the
heading (e.g. because the heading ends with a forename initial).
