[yul-naco] Downloading the RLIN21 test client

Dear NACO catalogers,

Those of you who came to the demo session today may now download the RLIN21 
NACO test client from PCAmigo. After you've downloaded it, an RLI21 NACO 
icon will appear in your Start menu. Remember, you mustn't rename the icon 
or move it to a different location.

You should also download the RLIN21 Latin keyboard from PCAmigo. After 
downloading it, you will have to do some setup in order to get the icon to 
appear in your system tray. The instructions for this setup are attached. 
One set of instructions are for Windows 2000 machines; the other set is for 
Windows XP machines.

Ask your expert user to help you if you'd rather not do this yourself.

I will be sending another message (about logons/passwords) shortly.
