[yul-naco] RLIN21 logons and passwords

At the end of today's session, I passed out logon/password information for 
the NACO accounts. If you are having trouble interpreting the information, 
here is a fuller explanation:

To logon to the new NACO test client:
Select your Local Logon Profile (LLP) from the opening screen and then 
input your LLP password. This will put you in the NACO authority file and 
from there you can do all of the fun stuff that was in today's demo.

To logon to your NACO account from a web browser like Firefox or Internet 
Explorer (rather than the client):
Go to:   http://rlin21.rlg.org/  and enter your User ID and User ID 
password. All you can do from here is search (and the searching will be a 
little different from the searching in the test client). I imagine that 
99.9% of the time you will not need to use this option.
