[yul-naco] RLIN21 Client for NACO - Updated Schedule

Just a reminder of RLG's updated schedule for NACO contributors. The 
moratorium on NACO work that was supposed to have started this week has 
been postponed a week. You can continue to do NACO work using RLIN Terminal 
for Windows until the end of the day on. Wednesday, May 25th.  The test 
client will be going away very soon...
