[yul-naco] Stop using the RLIN21 test client, please!

Dear NACO catalogers:

RLG has informed us that we should NOT use the RLIN21 test client any more!

The test client will be automatically removed from your machines at the 
same time that the new production client is pushed out next week (Tuesday 
morning).

In order for this automated removal to work, you must not have moved or 
renamed the test client files and icon.

So ... just don't touch the test client from now until it disappears on 
Tuesday morning and all will be well.
