[yul-naco] reminder: practice session today

Good morning Menon,

I as yet have not had a chance to go through documentation and create 
records on my own. Once I have created some authority records, perhaps then 
we could have another practice session. I am sure I will have some 
practical questions with couple weeks of practice.

Cecile also supports this idea.
